How long does it take to train staff to use the system?
Most employees grasp how to use the system in a single shift. We offer in-person training on the system at the time of install as well as PDQ University, our online platform for learning the POS on your own schedule.
How do I handle menu changes?
With PDQ POS, you never have to make your own menu changes. We can make all menu changes with two weeks notice.
What happens if my internet goes down?
PDQ POS is server-based with cloud reporting. If your internet goes down, you can still process transactions as normal. For additional reliability, ask about our 4G backup device.
